Reserving and finalizing getting a unit was so simple! Chris contacted me within a few hours of reserving the unit to see if I had questions and get a tentative date for move in. When I came in to finalize leasing a unit, Chris was very friendly. He explained all the ins and outs of accessing my unit. The extra security measures at this facility are impressive. He went through the lease completely with me to make sure policies were clear. Overall it was a great experience.
