This was the best experience I've had storing things. The facility was clean and easy to navigate and everything was very secure. The temperature controlled rooms kept my belongings safe and made moving all my things in feel less exhausting in the cool air. Staff was very friendly and helpful, Brandon and Justin were great! Great experience! Clean units that are well kept and monitored. Tanner was great at helping us get set up and answered all of our questions. Plenty of maneuvering room once inside the gate, do be mindful that the entrance is a tight squeeze for large (Penske sized) trucks.“

Tanner is friendly and helpful on the phone and in-person which made our moving transition as smooth as possible. My Storage Idaho Falls even provides lock and keys for each unit.
