We partner with Orkin for regular, professional pest control services throughout the property. In addition, each unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before being rented. We also conduct routine checks and maintain standards across all units to ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep.
From furniture to vehicles, spaces can be used for a wide range of items. For things that cannot be stored, the general rule is that any hazardous or flammable materials, perishable foods, illegal items or anything that could damage other unit, are not permitted.
